I am a marriage celebrant based in Brisbane but I’ll happily travel to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane surrounding areas to perform your ceremony.
In addition to marriage ceremonies, I also perform naming ceremonies, reaffirmation/renewal of vows and commitment ceremonies.
All my ceremonies are unique and created to reflect the personality of you and your partner. They are delivered in a relaxed, calm and meaningful manner. Only one ceremony is performed each day so once your ceremony is confirmed then that day is exclusively yours.
My competitive price is all inclusive – there are no hidden extras down the track. As a full-time celebrant I’m available seven days a week at any time to suit you.
Marriage and family play an extremely important part in my life. I have been very happily married to my husband, Peter, for over 22 years. This is what drove me to becoming a celebrant – to be able to share my happiness with others who are about to embark on this wonderful journey through life.
Prior to following my dream to become a full time celebrant, I was personal assistant to a chief executive officer of a higher education institution. My celebrant training was provided by Australian Celebrations Training in 2006 and I received my registration as an authorised marriage celebrant in September 2006 from the Australian Attorney-General’s Department.
My previous career has been a wonderful assistance to me in the preparation of ceremonies, especially attention to detail which ensures your ceremony is presented in a professional and calm manner.
I also hold a Blue Card from the Queensland Government authorising me to work with children.
I take my celebrant duties seriously and am a member of two professional celebrant associations – The Professional Celebrants Association and the Australian Marriage Celebrants Inc.
